EXCHANGE|RETURN POLICY

At House of Maudi, we aim to provide you with the best quality products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Timeframe
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility
Products must be:

• Unused and unwashed
• In original condition
• With all tags intact

3. One-time Exchange
Only one exchange per order is allowed. Once an exchange is completed, no further exchanges will be accepted. If you wish to return an exchanged item, only a credit note will be issued.

4. Product Exchange Rules

• Exchange for the same product (size change) is free of cost
• For higher value items, the price difference must be paid
• For lower value items, the difference will be issued as a credit note
• Only one product can be selected per exchange

5. Availability & Size Guidance

• Exchanges are subject to availability of size/design at the time of request
• Please refer to the size chart on each product page before placing your order

6. Additional Charges
A logistics fee of ₹200 per item may be applicable for reverse pickup and re-dispatch.

7. Payment for Exchange Orders
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for exchange orders. Any price difference must be paid online.

8. Delivery of Exchange Items
Exchange items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.

Returns

We follow a strict no refund policy once an order is placed.

Returns are only accepted in the following case:

• Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Conditions for Return:

• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• A complete unboxing video (mandatory) is required as proof
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact

  
  

Refunds

• Refunds are only applicable for approved return cases (damaged/defective/incorrect items)
• Shipping and logistics charges will be deducted from the refund amount
• Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after product verification.
